After each service, you will receive a text containing a complete report that outlines the treatments applied, notes any concerns, and includes relevant photos for your peace of mind.

Pool Maintenance and Service
Routine weekly service:
- Test and Treat Water
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Brush walls, tiles, steps
- Vacuum
- Skim surface
- Inspect equipment
- Monitor and adjust pump run cycles
- Backwash and recharge filters (as needed)
- Provide electronic report
Starting at $175 per month
Routine chemicals for sanitizer, ph, and alkalinity under normal use are included. Chemicals above routine levels or specialty chemicals will be an additional cost.
Filter Cleaning
One-time or Add-on service:
- Remove and inspect filter media
- Thoroughly rinse all components
- Soak filter media in solution to remove minerals and oils
- Lubricate o-rings
- Replace cartridge/filter media
Starting at:
One-time: $150
Add-on to weekly service: $85
Repairs and parts will require an additional charge.
Green to Clean
One-time service:
- May be required prior to starting recurring service
- Will require multiple water testing and treatment
- Will require multiple filter cleaning
- Extensive and repeated chemical treatment over multiple days
- Extensive brushing and vacuuming
- 24 hour a day pump operation throughout the service
- Reprograming pump after servcie
